About Institutional Repositories

Overview

UW Law Digital Commons is the institutional repository of the University of Washington School of Law and houses scholarship, publications and research generated by the School of Law’s faculty, staff and students. Types of publications available include scholarly articles, book reviews, court briefs, books, and book chapters. These works are made available here to allow greater access to the scholarly output of this institution and to promote the free exchange of ideas and information. Where copyright prohibits us from posting the full text of an item, we make every effort to link to the site where a copy can be obtained, either for free or for a fee. In addition to scholarship generated by the UW Law community, this repository provides access to historical and archival materials related to Washington State law, the School of Law, the Gallagher Law Library, and the UW Information School’s law librarianship master’s program. The repository also hosts content from the following student-edited law reviews and journals:

  • Washington International Law Journal
  • Washington Journal of Environmental Law & Policy
  • Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts
  • Washington Law Review
  • Washington Law Review Online
