Abstract

In the Comment on Workmen's Compensation published in the last issue appeared the statement, at page 108, that examiners for the Department of Labor and Industries were not lawyers. This is a mistake which we are happy to acknowledge and correct. Mr Edwin J Cummins of the department assures us that all the examiners are lawyers and that every effort is made to maintain legal standards at hearings on behalf of the joint Board.
