Abstract
Owing to the usual limitations of space from which we suffer when attempting to set forth the proceedings of the annual meeting of the Washington State Bar Association, it was necessary to eliminate some reports and speeches altogether. It was also necessary to delete certain portions of others. It can be readily understood that with many important and timely discussions now being had, it is not easy to decide which should be reported and which omitted, and for this reason your editor approaches the function with great temerity.
