Washington Law Review
Abstract
I was very pleased to be asked to speak at the celebration of Bill Rodgers's career to give some personal thoughts about the impact of the original United States v. Washington case. Bill Rodgers was instrumental in the planning and conduct of this litigation. I was pleased because this case has had such a profound impact on my life.
