Washington State Constitution History

This collection is a companion to the Washington State Constitution Research guide, prepared by Mary Whisner, Gallagher Law Library. It contains the texts of several dissertations and articles on the history and interpretation of the Washington State Constitution. Researchers may want to use this Digital Commons collection in conjunction with the research guide to understand the materials in context.

A notable addition to the collection are court documents and filings in McCleary v. State of Washington, heard by the King County Superior Court and the Washington State Supreme Court, on whether the State is funding K-12 schools at an appropriate level.
