Washington State Court Briefs

The Gallagher Law Library houses an extensive collection of Washington State Supreme Court briefs dating from 1872 through 2009 and Washington State Court of Appeals briefs from 1969 through 2009. Given the extent of our collection, we often receive requests for digitized copies of briefs. In an effort to make them more freely available, this collection includes copies of those briefs that we have digitized. The briefs are broken down by the year they were filed with the court.
